We provide the option to act as owner/agent, this ensures we avoid duplication of service and optimize our contribution to the project team

Project-by-Project Assessment

We believe a project must first be structured with the ability to succeed, then be managed accordingly: this requires fine-tuning the delivery method on a project-by-project basis.

Each and every project has a unique set of ingredients and variables such as location, schedule, end use, building construction type, budget, size, complexity, and clients’ internal review requirements, that need to be thoroughly assessed before a delivery approach is recommended.

Team Approach and Selection

We have a preference for a negotiated and genuine team approach to solving problems. We believe a team approach allows for all players to contribute to the process of providing the client with the best value while also allowing everyone to make a reasonable profit.
